Academics

As an organization at a respected university, Tri Delta values the academic development of each of its members. Sisters take advantage of Mu’s spacious house to study when libraries get crowded and use each other as resources when classes become difficult. The older sisters serve as academic mentors and help younger sisters with their classes in any way possible.

Many think that joining a sorority can harm your academics, however, it's quite the opposite. With sisters around you that motivate you, help you learn, and push you to do better, your academics will thrive.

Our Director of Academic Excellence holds a variety of academic events throughout the school year as well as hosts study halls for members to study together and collaborate. Additionally, Tri Delta has a sponsorship program that allows New Members to pair with older members of the same major or academic track. Older members act as a guide and help New Members navigate their academics.

Tri Deltas major in a variety of subjects and recognize that education is an irreplaceable investment to each of their futures, which is why we all chose UW-Madison. Many Mu alumnae choose to pursue their education in graduate school, law school or medical school.  Each semester, several of our sisters also study abroad together in places like England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Ecuador and other countries.
